The Spinach Dip Bites sound good to me. Just one or two though. I bet that smack Greg makes would be good that way too.

Had my first ever deep fried dill pickles at the Dawson Creek rodeo a few weeks ago-- I was doubtful-- but they were awesome..
There is always one more bottle of BatJuice to be drunk, one more woman to admire, and one more fish to catch before you die! Smile

I am just NOT a dill pickle kinda guy.. so them thar deep fried ones wouldn't cut it for me.. maybe if they fried some Kosher half sour garlic ones from one of those old uglee dirty lookin' pickle barrels in Brooklyn ..that might cut it.. but dill ones.. nope nope nope Smile

I recall Thumms Pickle works on Belmont Ave. "a Nickle a Pickle" Huge ones right out of the Barrel. I also recall when you could buy a bag of Sauerkraut for a Nickle and walk down the street eating it out of the bag with your fingers.
In the first place, God made idiots. That was for practice. Then he made non Fishermen.

Alligator comes to mind in that department. That's some nasty stuff. It does make good seat covers though.

Gator tail is deeee-licious. Tenderized with a mallet, seasoned with Dales, dredged in flour and fried. Can't beat it with a stick.
